INFINITE™ MT-2MIX-12 floor-standing two-component automatic mixing and quantitative sealing/infusion system are specially designed for two-component liquid materials. MT-2MIX-12 gear type glue filling machine is suitable for quantitative and accurate sealing of liquid materials such as epoxy resin, PU glue, silica gel, and UV glue. The two-component materials will run separately in the machine until the end of the mixing tube is mixed immediately. The valve has a good sealing performance. Stop the flow from time to time without pulling drops. The minimum output is 3g, the weight error is 1%, and the viscosity is less than 10,000 CPS. It is not suitable for liquid materials with crystalline or granular fillers.

I. System basic equipment/metering system:

• System configuration A/B series: gear pump ratio adjustable 1:1-100:1
• Equipped with a servo motor to control the flow of glue
• Using Siemens PLC controller to realize systemization, automatic program control
• Using a touch screen, setting parameters, monitoring work, system alarm, machine soft operation, etc.
• Equipped with foot pedal
• Equipped with two sets of servo motors as the main driving force
• Equipped with A/B material air discharge valves and pipes to prevent system proportional errors
