1. Introduction:

In the feeding process of powder, fiber and other loose materials, because these materials contain a lot of air, it is easy to produce blockage when using the side feeder to feed the main machine, and reduce the feeding capacity. In order to enhance the feeding capacity, it is necessary to eliminate the gas contained in the material, gas-solid separation, reduce the obstruction of gas, so that the feeding is more smooth, so as to improve the feeding capacity, and promote the stable operation of the host machine.

5. The design principle:

We use vacuum exhaust and filtration separation technology to complete the gas-solid separation in the process of spiraling the gas-containing loose material to the main engine, so as to reduce the obstruction of gas to the transportation and avoid the reverse flow of the material, so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing the feeding.

The side feeder is connected to the main extruder with flange and the open barrel of main extruder should match the side feeder as request.
