Usually Normal panels with 350 nits and design for maximum 7 hours /day, industrial panel are 500-700 nits design for 24 hours/ day and 7 days a weeks working condition.

5. What about the payment terms?

30% in advanced, balance before shipment.

6. How do you pack the products?

Wooden case on pallet, which is easy to load and unload from the container, and protect the products well no matter by sea or by air.

7.How do you support us for use of the products?

We will send Installation drawing to client, and video call, phone services, email support are always available, and if necessary our engineer can visit client to guide how to install the products and train your team how to use our products, ticket, training and accommodations charges on client side.

8. What is the guarantee time?

The guarantee time is 1 year, and it can be extends to 3 years on extra charges, during guarantee period , we can repair or change defective components for client free of charge, however, delivery cost of sending components are on both side.
