Wire Harness Color Detection System with Vision Technology and Intelligent Algorithms

To ensure that the wiring sequence is 100 percent accurate, the wire sequence inspecting system uses vision technology and intelligent algorithms to assess compliance with preset requirements and automatically classify the color of the harness.

(2) Determine whether the wire terminal hole is inserted properly or incorrectly.

(3) Show the wire location of the bad line sequence automatically and issue an audible warning prompt NG

The detection accuracy is good, and even if characters are written on the wire's surface, the device can discern the color line sequence accurately and remove character interference. 0.2s/pcs detection time
