1. About the new one , we fix the work table, so it avoid the product move a little when machine start to work , we cut the product through moving portal frame , so it improve the cutting precision
2. the cutting speed improve 10m/min, the old one is 0-3m/min, so efficiency of the new one is 3 times as the old one, means our new one can replace 3 sets old fast wire contour cutter .
3. the cutting tolerance is controlled ±0.3-0.5/-0. 3-0.5mm, the old one : ±0.5-1/0.5-1mm, the precison is big improved.
4. The new fast wire contour cutter use serve motor , replace the old one usually we adopt step motor ,so precision improved again.
