    [Terms of Sale]
    Because my neon signs made in real glass tube, so it is fragile, even though I used lots Sponge to protect each tube of the sign, about 5% of the signs may be broken during the shipping, because some postman does not handle the sign carefully.
    As for the 5% damage, we will solve it with my cost, just contact me with the photos, I will sent replacement tubes ASAP, most buyers can easily replace and fix it by yourself.
