The 6000BPH CGF18-18-6 bottle washing, filling and capping machine is mainly used for mineral water, purified water and other non aerated carbon dioxide drinks. The design of the machine shortens the contact time of beverage materials with the outside world, improves the sanitary conditions, and brings economic benefits.

Air conveyor.
-The air conveyor is fixed on the floor and the fan is installed on the top.
-An air filter is located at each inlet of the fan to prevent dust from blowing into the bottle.
-The bottle is fixed on the neck of the conveyor belt and transported to the filling machine by blowing force.
-All made of stainless steel SUS 304 / 316.
-The frame is welded with high quality carbon steel
