LUM-A/B/C Corrugated paperboard production line includes mill roll stand , single facer , pre-heater jar , conveyor bridge , gluing machine , thin blade slitter scorer , NC cut off machine and auto-stacker , then produce high quality board , which can reach high speed and high performance . We can produce the three ply , five ply and seven ply corrugated cardboard production line , width ranges from 1400mm to 2200mm , production speed ranges from 60 to 200 meter/min . Customer can choose production capacity according to his demands .

1. The material is high quality CrMo alloy steel or quality roller coated with tungsten .

2. Flute is UV shape which is widely used in the world , low paper shrinkage , high quality and strong

paperboard

4. The surface of corrugated roller flute teeth are middle-frequency quenched , hardness reach HRC60 , upper corrugated roller is drum shape , with long life .
