Biaxial Plastic Geogrid Introduction

When geogrid is embedded in soil, asphalt, sediment and other media, each node and rib of geogrid provides a series of bearing points and anchor points for load transmission. When geogrid is affected by medium, geogrid can obtain enough stress by small displacement, not only by friction between the surface of Geogrid and medium, but also by meshing and interlocking between grid and medium to obtain greater stress. Thus, a high-efficiency stress transfer and reaction mechanism is formed, which can give full play to the maximum reinforcement effect of geogrid, and reduce the anchoring length to the minimum.
