1 . Descriptions:

The fabric is 100% polyester fabric. On the surface, the fabric has a very nice look with dobby weaving. On the back is transparent TPU membrane to get high hydrostatic and keep warm. This fabric is anti-wrinkle , easy to take care of , and is soft . Also this fabric is waterproof , windproof and cold protection. With all these features, this fabric has a wide range of uses, like many jacket in outdoor activities.

3 .The difference between printing, dobby and embroidery:

Printing means that the pattern is printed after the cloth is woven. There are reactive printing and general printing.

Embroidery means that after the cloth is woven, the pattern is embroidered with a machine (in general). Compared with printing, the color will not fade during washing.

Dobby is a pattern formed by using two or more changes in the fabric on the surface of the fabric. Compared with embroidered fabrics, it has higher cost, higher quality and better air permeability.

4 . Applications:

The manufacturing process of dobby fabric is complicated. The warp and weft interweave ups and downs to form different patterns, with uniform unevenness, good texture, gloss, drape and air permeability.So this fabric usually used in making soft shell jacket.

On the surface , we do waterproof finish, so this fabric has great water repellent effect. And also we do TPU membrane on the back, so this fabric has high hydrostatic . So this fabric usually used in making many jacket in winter or fall.
