2.when one tube is adjust and the other one is affected The auto single-control double drawing machine and cutting machine are comined with the front double calibration technology to make operation more flexible . Description of pvc pipe production line:

1.This production line adopt 65x132 extruder, pvc double cavity mould, double pipe sizing forming table, double pipe tactor and stacker.

2.Extruder adopt pvc powder raw material conical twin screw extruder, it has such charactritics, low consumption, high output, good plasticization effect. The extruder equipped with rated feeding system, it can improve the precise of feeding, so to ensure the quality of pipe.

3.Pipe mould adopt spring structure, the advantage of this structre is can ensure the material extrusion even, also can ensure the even of pipe wall thickness.

4.Vacuum pump adopt water ring type design, it has four point spray cooling,improved the cooling effect.Meanwhile to ensure the roundness of the pipe. Water level control adopt temperature and liquid level dual channel control, After vacuum shaping, the design of submerged circulating water cooling is adopted.

5.The tractor adopt belt traction design, adopt frequency control system, the speed of traction is improved.

6.The whole production line adopts Schneider contactor, Omron temperature controller and Zhejiang zhoushan screw and barrel, then to ensure the quality of the machine.
