Product Descrption

The downhole motor is a kind of mud-driving down hole drilling tool. The mud from the mud pump goes through the bypass valve and enters the motor. At the gate of the motor it forms pressure difference to rotate the motor’s rotator and to pass the drilling rigs through the cardan and transmission shaft. The performance of the downhole motor is mainly determined by the parameters of the motor.

TR downhole motor can work around 200 hours for one running in general and working life of the power section has reached more than 1,000 hours. We provide specific design products according to the customer's requirements for the torque, displacement, well temperature and other parameters.

Reasonable to change the shape of stator housing, the stator elastomer layer of Uniform Thickness downhole motor is thin and even. We’re able to provide downhole motors of vertical, single-bend, double-bend and adjustable motors; the hear-resistance temperature ranges are ≤120℃,120-150℃ and 150-180℃; oil-based mud resistance and saturated saltwater mud resistance motors and can supply various size of uniform thickness downhole motors.
