RBD-400/13 Aluminum rod breakdown machine is used to draw Φ9.5mm ordinary aluminum rod into Φ1.7mm-Φ4.5mm wire, Drawing capstans are arranged in a line. Fixed speed capstan and other twelve drawing capstans are controlled by two electric motors respectively. It is with quickly change dies system.

Quick change die system:For example, if you want to produce 2mm, you only remove 1.95 and 1.7, and put the 2mm at final drawing die seat;If you want to produce 3mm, you remove 2.90-2.54-2.23-1.95-1.70mm, put 3mm at final drawing die seat.)
