2. Technical plan

For each part, we will make the most cost effective machining mothod to save cost on basis of qualified parts. The future machining plan will follow this plan.

3. Quality check.

During machining, we check the first part to make sure all the machining process is correct. During machining, the parts are checked after each quantity is finished to avoid the unqualified parts caused by the unexpected factors.

4. Final check

After finishing the machining, we have batch of parts checked to make sure the each dimensions in tolerance range.
