1.All the bullet teeth are welded by the automatic welding line for production efficiency. By using heat treatment and welding line integrated method, it only demands one time heating, making the heat disturbing to the carbide tip to the minimum.
2.Use high grade alloy steel , tungsten carbide tip and advanced brazing,technology to produce high quality.Weldable steel is suitable for covering large ares. The material of the steel body adopt the 42CrMo.The tungsten carbide tip adopt YG11C and YG13C.
3.Design all kinds of rotary bits,trenching bits,diaphragam wall cutters,big diameter bushing bits and flat bits according to customers' requirements and geological conditions.
