Description of Top Drive Spare Parts:
Top drive is a key components combing the function of swivel and kellly drilling system,in contrast to kelly and rotary table drilling system, which drives the drill string from the top end . In contrast to the kelly drilling system , it provides many advantage such as more drill pipe handling height which due to higher safety factor during complicated wellbore condition, capacity of drilling triples which lead to shorter connecting time and higher drilling efficiency, longer ream and backream height to increase the safety during handling of downhole complexity.
Function
The faucet flushing packing system reduces the effective differential pressure by providing pressurized lubricant to the low pressure side of the seal to increase seal life. The pressure of the high-pressure lubricating oil is predetermined according to the proportion of the mud. The value is between the mud pressure and the atmospheric pressure. Usually, each sealing ring is subjected to the same pressure difference. The pressure of the lubricating oil is generally lower than the mud pressure, preventing the lubricating oil from excessive pressure and leaking.
