DSE-Serie Extraction Winder Film Width 3200mm－4200mm With High Speed 10-75m/Min
A floating roll is set at the front end of the film inlet groove to match the speed of the exit of the front stretching system. A guide roll and a pressure roll are arranged at the entrance of the film inlet groove. When the whole line is shut down for maintenance, the pressure roll can press the diaphragm to facilitate the next film threading. In the normal production process, the pressure roll can be used or not according to the actual production situation.
The pure water seal mechanism is set in the film inlet tank, and dichloromethane is slightly soluble in water. In the production process, the water seal separates the front atmosphere from the cleaning tank, which can effectively reduce the volatilization of dichloromethane. An adjusting roll is set at the outlet of the film inlet end. The roll can be adjusted horizontally. If the diaphragm is wrinkled, it can be adjusted quickly through the adjusting roll.
