Product Description

Roll changing system:

When the film length reaches the predetermined value, the computer will automatically remind the operator with sound and light signals. When the film begins to replace with a new shaft core, the manual roll change can be selected automatically or manually.

Two transition rolls with diameter of 160mm are equipped for coiling and rewinding, and the aluminum roll is nickel plated.

The cutter unit is driven by linear module of synchronous belt

A static electricity generating device is arranged near the cutter, and the film is attached to the core after cutting

When the winding core is working, the auxiliary device is used together to make the film stick on the winding core, and the bottom film is tightly bonded to avoid the bottom relaxation. The servo driven flat belt is used.
