MW84 Electronic controlled magnetic lifter for Medium Thick Plate (MW84-35 Series)

Product introduction:

MW84 electronic controlled lifting magnet is designed for lifting medium and heavy plate. The lifting operation is safe, accurate and fast. In consideration of the possibility of bending deformation of long steel plate during lifting, please use multiple electromagnets when lifting heavy steel plate. For medium and heavy plates (6mm-32mm), the distance between electromagnets is more than 3-4m, and the length of the extension part at both ends can be taken as one half of the distance. According to the number of lifting pieces, it can be divided into 350 type and 400 lines.

Model 350 lifting magnet is suitable for medium and heavy plate factories, shipyards and machinery manufacturers. It can lift one or a certain number of steel plates by magnetic control.

Model 400 lifting magnet is suitable for carrying as many sheets as possible at a time. It also can design and manufacture the high temperature products for lifting steel plates below 700 ℃ according to the requirements of customers.

Application

1.Used in metallurgy, mining, casting, machinery, transportation and other industries to lift iron and steel and other magneto-conductivity materials.
