1.Working principle:

The alternating magnetic field is generated in the coil of AC power supply, and the track of hysteresis loop is smaller and smaller. When the magnetic field strength is reduced to zero, the residual remanence br in the work piece is close to zero, so as to achieve the demagnetization effect. The use of capacitance compensation technology can greatly reduce the operating power of the machine and save energy.
2.Application:

It is widely used in occasions requiring ultrasonic cleaning and electron beam welding, such as demagnetization of large-scale mold, automobile parts, bearing parts, hydraulic parts, stamping parts, hardware tool products, machining parts and other low coercive materials.
