150 type and 80 type two gear box is much stable than 100 type, is stronger.

And BEARING PROBLEMS WHICH WERE NOT TRACED IN OUR GEAR BOX

2. We add Cooling Blower beside of Mould, Normal machine design only nothing. New design cooling the Mould in case mould too hot the paper cup paste in the mould.

3. We Use Big and Thickness bearing in machine that is easy for machine target higher speed will not broken, Normal Machine bearing is weak if machine running long time or target high speed very easy broken.

4. New machine design use Double Belt connect Reducer and Main motor, Normal machine design only single Belt, Double Belt for keep machine stable running also less broken.

5. The Paper Fan collection far away from the mould part, It will two time feeding paper fan which can sure paper fan feeding will not jam problem.

6. New Design we are adopt Three Cam inner of machine which for control the paper fan sealing more stable.
