Parts Introduction

This is a small cleaning equipment, mainly composed by the cabinet, blasting system, abrasive recycle system, dust collector, electrical system and etc.

a. Blasting Cabinet(Longer Serive Time)

Inside the cabinet, there equips with wearing-resistant rubber to carry the products rotate. The shell is protected by special wear-resistant alloy shield mounted on end sides of belt, which is made by high chromium iron casting.

b. TS Blast Wheel (High Efficiency + Longer Service time)

It is key part of shot blasting machine, consists of blades, control cage, wheel disc, impeller, protective linings, wheel house, feeding pipe, special motor and etc.

c. Door (Good Sealing)

It is single swing door hanging with wear-resistant rubber to protect the door and sealing.

d. Elevator + Air Wash Separator

(with advanced design, dust and abrasive can be separated up to 99.5%)

To ensure conveyor belt not slip when machine is working, the pulley was made into a squirrel cage, that increase friction between belt and pulley, reduce the press-tightening force, extend belt service life. While elevator is equipped with a tension device, belt can be tensed by adjusting the upper bolt when it loose.

e. Cartridge Dust Collector(More Easier to Clean)

Pulse-jet Air Clean System

The dust collector has a push button to “pulse” the cartridges with a jet of compressed air between blast cycle to purge the filter. Upgrade option, the part can be programmed in PLC.

f. Electrical Control Panel (More Safty)

With Emergency Button; Control Voltage 24V;

Interlock System: there is a limit switch above the door, only after the door closed, can the blasting wheel be started.
