High speed homogenizing mixing system

1.1 High-speed homogenizing-mixing activity is accomplished by one turbine installed on the center bottom of tank.

1.2 Turbine is composed of dentate stator and rotor with impeller.

1.3 Turbine is made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L, rotating parts pass the dynamic balancing coaxial shaft.

1.4 The timing is controlled by PLC to facilitate the setting of working time. The mixer will not work if the time is not set.

1.5 Adjust speed by frequency control: 1150-3500 rpm

Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 0-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam (standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head, discharging port, dustproof respirator.


Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump

After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
