The fabric is 100% woven polyester soft cationic fabric .And its yarn count is 300*450. The weight is 212GSM. It has good dyeing effect and comfortable touch . It is usually used in jacket ,down jacket and many winter clothes . We do PD,WR finish with this fabric. And we can do other finishing process like coating ,membrance cire or bonding as your requirements.

1, cationic fabric is the two-color effect. With this feature, some yarn-dyed two-color fabrics can be replaced, which reduces the cost of the fabric. This is the characteristic of cationic fabric, but it also limits its characteristics. In the face of multi-colored yarn-dyed fabrics, cationic fabrics can only be replaced.

2, cationic fabric color is bright, it is suitable for use as artificial fiber, but it is used for natural cellulose and protein fabrics, washing and light fastness is very poor.

3, the wear resistance of cationic fabrics is also very good. After adding some artificial fibers such as polyester and spandex, the strength is higher, the elasticity is better, and the wear resistance is second only to nylon.

4, cationic fabrics have some chemical properties, such as corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, bleach resistance, oxidants, hydrocarbons, ketones, petroleum products and inorganic acids, but also have some physical properties, such as UV resistance.
