Notes for solenoid valve installation:

1.The installation environment of this conventional type is recommended to be as dry as possible to avoid damage of the water-air inlet coil

2. The drive current of DC24V is recommended to be more than 2 amps, and the drive current of DC12V is recommended to be more than 3 amps. The corresponding voltage shall be connected to the corresponding transformer.

3. The solenoid valve should be installed horizontally and vertically to avoid affecting the pressure resistance.

4. Avoid two-way flow and reverse flow of pipe fluids. If reverse flow occurs, install a check valve at the outlet of the solenoid valve.

5. The general temperature resistance of fluid is from -5 to 80. In addition, the temperature resistance is 120, 150 and 180.

6. It is mainly through conventional water or air. The fluid should be clean and free from impurities, particles and corrosion, and the viscosity should not be higher than that of ordinary oil.

7. Try not to power more than 3 hours a time. If the power is often on for more than 3 hours, it is recommended to choose energy saving type without heating.

8. For the interpretation of pressure resistance, the maximum pressure is 10 kg. If you want the product to be durable, the pressure for long-term use is recommended to be within the range of 0-6 kg. Long-term use of more than 6 kg is recommended to use high-pressure type.
