Features

1.It adopts 3PCS Taiwan HIWIN linear guide rail. They makes the machine has high cutting accuracy and long time service time.

2.It adopts high quality CO2 tubes, eg RECI,EFR,Yongli brand and USA focus lens and reflective mirrors. They makes the machine has good laser spot and stable laser power output. Also it use forced water cooling method on CO2 tube. Temperature is automatically controlled and when water shortage, it will alarm. So the CO2 tube is protected very well and its service time is prolonged.

3.It adopts DSP high speed processor which supports USDB 2.0 interface and U flash memory disk read and write file. Original images can be directly read by USB interface. Also it support hot-plug and hot-unplug and it uses very less time to finish data reading and it doesn’t occupy computer resources

4.It also have emergency stop switch which protect the machine and its accessaries from emergency. Filter also is used on this machine and it improves machine’s anti-interference capability.

5.It has wheels on the machine. So the machine can be moved easily.

6.Color display screen makes operation easy and friendly man-machine interface. It has laser cutting head movement control, output laser power control,engraving speed control, press key then engraving function, engraving border preview and U disk file reading functions.

7.3M and 5M belts are used on the machine which improves linear guide rail’s balance and stability.

8.Safe switch is used on the machine. It can protect operator from damage.

9.It adopts LEISAI driver for big torque stepper motor. The machine realizes high cutting accuracy and smooth motion curve.

10.The machine structure uses seamless steel structure design. It has good rigidity and makes machine not deform. The lined steel plate working table has high strength which can bear heavy workpiece.
