Introduction of Cement Ball Mill:

Zoneding ball mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials, which is widely used in the manufacture industries,

such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics.

Working Principle:

When the materials processing, they are transferred to the grinding chamber through
the quill shaft uniformly. Firstly the centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel
brings the steel balls to a certain height, then the steel balls impact and grind the
materials into fine powder over a period of several hours. The ground materials are
discharged through the discharging board ,lastly the grinding process is finished.

Features:
1. Cylinder takes overall annealing process, eliminating welding stress and preventing deformation.
2. Flanges on both ends of cylinder adopt large CNC lathes and special processing technology which fully guarantee concentricity.
3. The hollow axis adopts the cast steel.
4. The lining can be replaced.
5. Rotating device adopts casting rolling gear.
6. The barrel body is wearable.
