The FGH series vacuum impregnation and drying equipment employes a compound process of “hot air-vacuum environment-hot air”, which enables the windings to be impregnated and dried in a sealed container. The equipment has advantages of advanced design, scientific process, compact structure, easy operation, safety and reliability, good sealing, and reduced laboring strength. This series is used for

vacuum impregnation treatment of windings of general motors, electrical equipment, special motors, pump motors, magnetic motors, transformers, and iron cores. This equipment is a newly energy-saving equipment, which greatly improves product quality, reduces production cost, and strengthens competitiveness.

Comparision between VPI vacuum pressure impregnation equipment and FGH impregnation equipment:

1) The former VPI series carries out the impregnation under the positive compressed air pressure 0.6Mpa or even high while the FGH series just works with a vacuum environment only.

2) The VPI impregnation tank is able to work with a max tank inside temperature of 80 degree celcius while the FGH series allows a max temprature of 200 degree celcius.

3) The VPI impregnation tank is made of Q345R material due to the fact that it is a pressure vessel while FGH impregnation tank is made of Q235B material.

4) The VPI series is suitable for treating high voltage motors, transformer cores, anti explosion motors, mining motors while the FGH series for low voltage motors.
