• DYPS-Z series heavy crusher be designed to recycle not easy to crush material and the thickness from 3 to 30mm.
• Cabinet : The main box processed by CNC machine exactly with the strong welding structure. Features thick wall thickness, high strength, good wear resistance, no pollution and long life. The upper box can be opened easily by hydraulic system.
• Main Axis : Processed with high quality steel after varifying the banlance. Good toughness, stable working state, low shaking.
• Rotor : With new V type cutting technology can be composed of the three/five/seven blades on the basis of different crushing material. In order to make sure the blade can produce uniform granular with low energy and noise.
• Filter : The screen plate is processed with high strength material. It can be installed easily with hydraulic system and changed conveniently.
• Cutter : The cutters are made of high strength alloy and suitable for cutting various kinds of high strength material.
