1.The outside part of the machine is full-enclosed. The material of the cover and internal table are made of stainless steel. The surface of turntable is specially disposed to keep the surface luster and prevent it from being polluted, meeting the GMP requirement.
2.All the drive devices are located inside the machine so keep the machine clean.
3.The machine can press not only round tablets but also different geometrical shape tablets,double-layered and annular tablets, the tablets may have the impressed on both sides.
4.Overload protection unit is included in the system to avid the damage of the punches and apparatus, When overload occurs, the machine will stop working automatically.
5.Powder absorbing device could absorb the powder in the tablet-pressing room.
6.Transmission system in enclosed in the oil tank at the bottle of the main body the machine,and it is a fully independent part.It can not be cross polluted,and the transmission system is soaked in the oil tank so that it is easy to give off heat and it is wear-resisting.
