Anaerobic sintering FZK Vacuum Box-type Furnace (T max 1100℃, 1300℃)

Description:

The FZK vacuum box-type furnace is externally sealed by a metal mantle body fully, the furnace mantle is of a double-layer design, the interlayer is of a water-cooled structure, and the surface temperature is low. The resistance wire inside the furnace spirally goes through a corundum tube, the heating elements are arranged around, and the hearth is built of lightweight foam bricks. The equipment can be pre-vacuumized to 30Pa, the air inlet system flowmeter is designed at the bottom for control, and the waste gas exhaust value is arranged on the top for control. The heat treatment in the vacuum environment or atmosphere environment is realized.
