Product Description

1. The ash, sand and other materials contained in the mixer shall have a maximum particle size of not more than 5 mm and shall not be mixed with stones and other sundries (such as nails, vegetation, etc.).

Application:

1. SL Series Cement Mixer is usually equipped with grouting pump and slurry pump to mix and store slurry. It can be fixed on the wet/dry concrete shotcrete machine or shotcrete/concrete pump for cement/concrete/mortar mix.

2. Cement mixer is widely used in concrete/shotcrete construction of tunnel, culvert, subway, slope reinforcement, hydroelectric works, underground works and high-methane lane way of coal mine etc.

Operation of Grout Mixer Machine

Close the valve. Add the water into the grout-making tank and start the tank. The water should flow violently, then,add the cement in a certain ratio. Cement and water is compounded quickly. Stop the motor until the grout is compounded well (about 3 minutes).

1. After the grout is compounded well, start the store tank.Turn the valve handle to open the valve, the grout is discharged into the store tank. After discharging, close the valve.
2. Open the discharge valve of the store tank and start the grouting pump to do the grouting work.
3. Repeat 1 and 2.
4. Clean the grout-making tank and store tank in time after the work finish

Warranty period

1. Quality warranty period 12 months refers to the working time whichever occurs carlicr.

2. Working time means the accumulative working time of the facility after delivered from factory. Using time means the period dated from the day customers purchases the facility.

3. If the timer of the facility fails or using time and displayed working time are not consistent.

4. Warranty period will not be affected by the changes of users, or facility stop caused by any reasons.

5. Warranty period of new parts replaced during quality warranty services are the same with the facility, calculated by facility working time and using time, and will end with the warranty period of the facility.
