The press can be for laminating or for the production of a wide range of items including gaskets, particle board,

semiconductor wafers, and plywood, fabric laminator etc...

Many of these processes require heating the plate to high temperatures.

These heaters deliver high watt densities and are designed to fit in tight spaces.

Heating is a complex process governed by the principles of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.

Heat transfer, in particular, is useful knowledge as it will help inform important aspects of heater selection and system design.

Heat transfer is the movement of heat from one area (or object) to another, always from areas of high concentration (hot) to areas of low concentration (cool).

We have High-precision testing equipment such as Hexagon gantry three-coordinate detector(DEA ALPHA) , Leica laser tracker and articulated arm measuring instruments. Besides using the efficient equipment to solve problems, our technical team is constantly researching new production processes to meet the new requirements in the market, and also invest more advanced machining and welding equipment.

At present, our main products focus on welding parts, machined parts, industrial pressure platens, guide rods /column/pillar, press roller, calender roller and other machine body with accessories, for the large welded structural parts can be made to a single weight of 15 tons, the thickness of the heating platen and insulation board can be made a tolerance of ±0.1mm from 20mm to 200mm, the rod column can achieve Max. Φ300mm with length in 6 meter, surface with chromed coating by thickness up to 0.07mm.

We can also pre-assemble equipment components according to customer requirements, such as assembly of some fixtures and welding line bases. Our customers spread both domestic and foreign markets, we’re working with some of FORTUNE GLOBAL 500 and eventually becomes a long-term stable partner.
