Introduction:

Aluminium closure PP caps is usually rolled and produced with Alloy 8011/H18, the basic technology is as follows: Casting coils and cold rolling —fine cold rolling —tension levelling — slitting —packing, annealing is not needed.

AS Per detail application, we also use AA1060/3105/3104,H14,H16,H18 for pp caps production

• surface:uniform and bright surface,clean,flatness free of inclusive,scratch,lines,holes,rolling marks etc defects which infulence further manufacturing

• packing:sheets: standard export wooden packing

coil: standard export eye to wall or eye to sky packning.
