Measurement

Structural Opening limit for single door is 1200 X 2400 mm; for pair door is 2100 X 2400 mm.
Certification size for single door limits no larger than 1080 X 2380 mm, for pair door smaller than 2080 X 2380 mm.
By fire exit doors the manufacturing height will be higher by 10 mm.

Powder Coating

All our UL steel fire doors are factory finished and most popular finish is powder coating. Colors of this finish is according to RAL swatch or upon request of customers.

Wood Grain

Wood grain doors combine the beautiful appearance of timber together with the strength and rigidity of steel. By default we provide you with rosewood, walnut wood, oak wood as popular wood grain options.

Stainless Steel Finish

We can offer any door in stainless steel 304 grade.

Ironmongery

All of our ironmongery are tested and certified in accordance with UL10(c) with unique UL number. They can be use on swinging type doors rated up to including 3 hours.



Installation

We ourselves have professional installation teams with experienced members. If you want, we can fly to your country to install the doors for you.

Package

Our fire door and frame are individually packed. We wrap firstly one layer perlite cotton around door and frame. Then we equip foam plates around 4 edges to protect them from striking during delivery. Thirdly we cover two foam sheets on perlite cotton between foam plates. At last we pack the doors and frames into strong carton.
Besides, we can also make wooden or steel pallet for you. Extra fees will be caculated then.
