1. Are you manufacturer or Trade Company?

2. What's the order process?

a. Inquiry-- Provide us all your clear requirements.
b. Quotation-- Official quotation form with all clear specifications.
c. Printing file-- PDF, AI, CDR, PSD, the picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi.
d. Sample confirmation-- Digital sample, blank sample without printing or hard copy.
e. Payment terms-- T/T 30% in advanced, balanced before shipment. We can talk about this when deal.
f. Production-- Mass production.
g. Shipping-- By sea, air or courier. Detailed picture of package will be provided.

3. Can I get samples for confirmation?

Yes,of course. We supply samples for free within1-3 days. The freight charge paid by customer, just send us delivery fee or give us your express account or you arrange to collect sample from our company.

4. What is the pump for the bottle?

Some bottles are screw pump or crimp pump. So before your send inquiry, please tell us which pump you require. If the existing bottle is using crimp pump, we need to open new neck mold to change it to screw neck.

5. How do you control the quality?

We will make samples before mass production and test them ,after sample approved, we will begin production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

6. How long will be the mold time?

Commonly is 30 days for bottle & cap. Send us your original bottle or give us the design file, we can open new mold for you.

7. How many color of bottle coating do you have?
Any color is available, please provide me the Pantone color No.

8. Can I have my own logo to design on the bottle?
Yes, of course. we can do silk printing, hot stamping, applique sticker, Please provide us the PDF, AI file or picture. If you want the Logo on the glass bottle,we can open private mold for you.

9. Can you give me your price list?
Sorry, we are perfume bottle manufacturer, and we have more than 3000 items, and each bottle have different weight, different color, artwork, decoration request. So please send me your detail request, then I will email you back the price.

10. What's your MOQ?
Normally our MOQ will be 10,000 pcs. But for some bottles we have stock, so the MOQ can be less. However, the less quantity, the more cost, because of the inland freight charges, local charges, and the sea freight charges or air freight charges.

11. Do you accept customized?
Yes , we have different customer make their own OEM product,so we also can make product as per your requirement.

12. How long can I expect to receive my goods after I place order?
Our production time are always 25-30 days after pre-production sample confirmation.

13. How is your shipping?
