The 1-zone HY-LZG1512E tube furnace uses both the coil wire as eletric heating elements and the microwave-absorbing SiC as microwave heating elements.

HY-LZG1512E is built with high quality alumina fiber insulation and furnace temperature is controlled by high precision controller with a ±0.1% accuracy and 40 programmable technical parameters.

HY-LZG1512E provides various atmosphere conditions such as vacuum, air, inert gas as well as weak reducing gas (mixed atmosphere) for heating process.
