Usage: purchased the corrugated raw paper and board put into the workshop,forklift is transported to the trolley in front of the paperless frame on the production line,and the paper feeding trolley is respectively used as the box plate paper of the face paper, the sandwich corrugated base paper is sent to the paper holder chuck.The face paper and the interlayer paper are preheated by the preheater on the production line and entered into the single facer,the corrugated raw paper is glued and bonded with the sandwich paper and then the corrugated paper is formed into a single-side corrugated paper.It is transported to bridge, preheated by (duplex preheater), in one-sided gluing machine glued then into the adhesive drying.The inner paper overlaps with the single corrugated paper through the preheater fed into the drying channel, and the gelatinized glue is bonded to the inner paper by heat, which is formed into 2/3/5/7ply of cardboard after setting and drying, and then trimmed and pressed lines by sliitter scorer. NC cutting for transverse cutting,it can be shaped into a specified size box board stacking pile up and standby.
