Application

Textile Tensile Testing Machine is used for a variety of functions which includes finding out both the physical and mechanical properties of a material. It is used to test for the level of flexibility, rapture, compression, tearing, peel, tension, bursting and seam slippage of that material.

The machine is suitable for testing different types of yarns, leather and fabric. It works with different kinds of software and specimen grips. It can also be used to test different materials such as rubber, wire, plastic, metal, paper, etc. for strength.

TF002 is a machine operated using a PC, has two columns, and comes with an AC servo driving system made in Japan. It also comes equipped with a load cell that has a 2% accuracy of the applied load value. The machine works with a PC that has a data analysis software package through a high-speed RS232 processor.

NOTE: For this machine to work, the PC must be customized.
