Pump Design

This series chemical process pump is horizontal, radial split, volute casing pumps. It is designed accoring to the standard GB/T5656. The impeller is inblock cast closed impeller, can wellsuited the working condition. Back pull out design enables to remove the rotor without disturbing the pipelines. If a spacer coupling is used, the motor does not have to be removed from the base plate. The shafts, sleeves, bearings, and bearing beds are identical in and interchangeable for a large number of pump sizes.

1) CZ chemical process pump adopts integral casting closed impeller, which has strong adaptability to working conditions, high efficiency and optimal cavitation performance. The impeller has back blade or balance hole, which can reduce axial thrust and seal chamber pressure, prolong the service life of bearing.

2) The rigid design of the pump shaft adopts cylindrical roller and a set of angular contact bearings, which can bear larger radial load and axial load, and strengthen the overall rigidity of the pump shaft. At the same time, the impeller does the check and correction of static balance. The pump runs with low vibration, low noise, which is very beneficial to the service life of shaft seals and bearing
