Structure features:

Traverse type: Screw rod transmits and servo AC motor reversing drives direction changing,

Automatically detect and regulate traverse space.

Full-hydraulic is used to clamp, which is safe.

There is an emergency stop switch, and protect cover has safety switch.

Brake system can be linked with the other equipment, like rod breakdown, to improve safety.

Middle relay under 63A, AC contact, air switch are Siemens products.1) Machine outline layout, foundation drawing, and pipeline drawing will be offered within one month in 2 paper copies and 1 electronic copy.1) Operation Manual (including: consumption component drawing and size, electrical principle drawing, wiring diagram, and frequency converter, etc.2) Original printed operation manual of other electrical instruments, in 2 paper copies and 1 electronic copy.3) Each driver’s technical parameters (frequency converter) and setting data of other electrical instruments is in 1 copy.4) PLC, touch screen program and password (electronic version)
