JM-1000 compact take up is compacting type of high speed coiling equipment, which is used to take-up annealled copper wires. It can be used together with many models of rod breakdown with continuous annealing.

Structure features:

1. Traverse type: driven by lead screw and servo AC motor reversing drives direction changing,
2. Automatically follow and adjusting traverse space.
3. Full-hydraulic is used to clamp, much safe.
4. There is an emergency stop switch, and protect cover has safety switch.
5. Brake system can be linked with the other equipment, like rod breakdown, to improve safety.
6. Drum hoisting is expansion jack expansion structure, which is safe and easy to operate.
