Product Description& application:
Tungsten Carbide Roll Rings as the characters of high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance and good compressive properties which is an important parts in the steel bar and wire rod rolling.
The rolls are primarily applied in high speed wire line, Knocks three roll mill, seamless pipe stretch reducing mill, three dimensional rolls for cold-rolled ribbed steel bar, and composite roll for hot-rolled bar screw thread steel etc.
Zhuzhou Seego carbide roller, which ribbed accuracy and mark clear, at same time to improve the performance of steel, enhance the strength. It makes sure that the quantity of a rolling reach to 800-1500 tons. Carbide roller can be repaired repeatedly, and greatly reduces the production cost, significantly improves the efficiency.
