►Sew-On Backing

There are 4 main ways to attach patches:iron-on,glue,sewing,hook & loop-on.The combo of glue + sewing always works best.

►Iron-On Backing

Appliques and embroidered patches can be ironed onto anything you can iron: shirts, jeans, hats, blouses, pants, skirts, etc.Note: Heat seal to polyester/cotton fabrics. Do not apply to rainwear (waterproof), highly elastic, rayon, nylon or tri-acetate fabrics.

►Adhesive Backing

Adhesive patches stick to shoes, jeans, backpacks, cell phone cases, laptops and more. No need to sew or iron. Long lasting and machine washable. Peel and stick.

►Hook & Loop-On Backing

Mostly used for military ranking and achievement applications, Hook & Loop Patches are used for identifying certain positions or accomplishments. With their hook and loop designs, these patches allow you to attach, remove and reapply the emblems easily on the apparel. For this reason, they are perfect for military troops, police squads, scout groups and for indicating grade levels and achievements.

Our production workshop premise covers 1800 square meters with 8 BARUDAN machines, 12 TAJIMA machines, 5 chenille embroidery machines, 5 laser machines. Advanced machinery and equipment get the exceptional looking patches we create for our customers. While your patch design can be very simple with one or two colors, most people opt for several colors. The maximum thread colors we can run on our machines are 12.
