Construction

3RP series Rotary Lobe Pump sanitary pump stainless steel pump is mainly composed of rotary lobe, shaft seal, Gear box. A pair of synchronous driving gear drive rotary lobe to deliver medium. The shaft seal can be designed with packing seal or mechanical seal according to specific working condition. The pump uses high strength, spiral gears and heavy load bearing in order to ensure the pump for long time.

You need not disassemble gearbox but adjust rotary lobe clearance because of special assembling way.

The material of “o” seal ring is the silicone rubber. To corrosive medium, PTFE is adopted.
