User Guidline:

1. Keep right temperature and humidity.

Humidity is important for LED display, do not get wet in the rain for indoor display, and do not store display in high humidity environment. As for rental display, please keep dry and clean to flightcase, saving some desiccants in flightcase is recommended, and please change the desiccants regularly. For display that have not used for a long time (over two weeks), dry it with blower before using. And don’t run max brightness for the first trial.

2. Power supply system must be stable, especially for protection of ground connection. Stop using LED display in bad weather, such as strong thunder or lightning.

3. It is forbidden to get conductive material in display, like water and iron chips. Keep display in Low-Dust environment, too much dust influences circuit of display and display effect in the meantime.

4. LED display ON/OFF.

l Run PC and control system then turn on display.

l Turn off display before PC after using.

l Do not turn on display when it is on white balance situation to avoid high start current that can damage PCB circuit of display or control card.

5. LED display using.

l In dry season (<60%RH), it is suggested that run LED display once in one week at least, and running time is more than 2 hrs, also off time is more than 2 hrs per day.

l In rainy season (>80%RH), it is suggested that run LED display once everyday, adjust display brightness to be 60%, and play video above 3hrs, the best running time is between 7am to 10am.

l In normal season (60%-80%), it is suggested that run LED display once in one week at least, adjust display brightness to be 60% for playing video around 5hrs, the best running time is between 7am to 10am and 6pm to 10pm.

l Do not play in max white balance for a long time (> 2hrs) to avoid excessive current that can speed up LED decay and short its spanlife.

6. LED display daily cleaning and maintenance.

Timely clean dust on display with soft cloth dipping with alcohol or by vacuum cleaner. Do not wipe led display surface with led lights directly by water.

7. Assembly or disassembly LED display must be handled by professional people.

8. Regularly checking LED display inside components and circuits, all maintenance and service jobs must be handled by professional people.
