Centering roller bearing is mainly used to bear radial load, and can also bear a certain amount of axial load, but generally can not bear pure axial load.

The raceway of the outer ring of this kind of bearing is spherical, and the former residence has the property of centering. When the shaft is bent or tilted, the relative inclination of the center line of the inner ring and the center line of the outer ring is less than 0.5° ~ 2°, the bearing can still work normally.

Its structure principle and characteristics and adjustable ball bearing the same, the only difference is that the rolling body is spherical roller, because of the different rolling body, so its bearing capacity is larger, widely used in mines and heavy machinery. The bearing can limit the axial displacement of the shaft or shell within the axial clearance of the bearing.

Aligning roller bearings and aligning ball bearings may be used interchangeably in accordance with capacity and limit speed permits.

22209C Spherical Roller Bearing Description:

1. The self-aligning roller bearing is a bearing with drum roller assembled between the inner ring with two raceways and the outer ring with spherical raceway.

2. The curvature center of raceway surface of outer ring is the same as that of bearing, so it has the same aligning function as automatic aligning ball bearing.

1. Cylindrical inner hole

The radial clearance of the bearing can be adjusted by moving the inner ring along the axis when the bearing is matched with the tapered shaft.

2. Tapered bore

The taper of tapered inner bore is 1:12 and 1:30 respectively. The rear codes are K-centered roller bearings (153000 or 113000) and K30-centered roller bearings.
