AISI 410S Stainless Steel Sheet, Plate EN 1.4000 DIN X6Cr13 Coil

Type 410S is a low carbon, non-hardening version of Type 410 stainless steel.

This general-purpose stainless steel remains soft and ductile even when rapidly cooled.

Benefits of Type 410S include:

• Weldable by most common techniques
• Good resistance to oxidation
• Continuous services up to 1300°F (705°C)
• Similar corrosion resistance to Type 410, good in fresh water and mild organic and mineral acids

It is important to note that Type 410S has a lower carbon level than Type 410.
