Machine Description

The unit adopts PLC control and all-digital DC motor speed control device, speed display device, touch screen parameter adjustment device, can achieve the whole linkage and self-locking, the device used a number of pneumatic, hydraulic system, can achieve local automatic control. The whole unit is simple to operate and easy to maintain.

Application:

It is for light pole material uncoiling, leveling, cutting, scrape edge slitting and taper slitting process, to get one side small width, one side big width steel plate.

What is the difference with our standard cut to length and economical one?

Compared with standard cut to length, the economical type does not have 1) hydraulic guiding-pressing, shovel-head, pinch and feeding device

The user must use crane to lift and guild the sheet head to the leveling unit

2) hydraulic swing beam shearing machine: QC12Y-6X2000

The user must use manual plasma cutter machine to cut the sheet.

Communication with customers

A: How to cut sheet with one side small width and one side big width sheet by this machine?

B: First, there is a double edge slitting unit, it is for slitting scrape edge of the hot rolled steel plate to get the exact width for light pole, and then we can use our taper slitting unit to cut the steel sheet into 2 pieces with one side small and one side bigger sheet. There is a dolly in the front of the slitting unit. It is for control the taper cutting degree. By change the position of the stopper on dolly to control the taper slitting rate.

A: How many models do we have for cut to length?

B: We have three kinds, 6X1600-12meters(the max cutting length is 12meters), 6X1600-14 meters(max 14 meters) and 6X1600-16 meters(max 16 meters)

A: How long is your quality guarantee period

One year. And when the machine arrives at customer workshop, we will send engineer to commissioning machine and give training. But also, the client can let their engineer to our workshop to study before delivery.
