Application Properties

Rated voltage is up to and including 1KV, 10KV.

The conductor long-term maximum working temperature: PVC and PE insulation should not exceed 70 °C,XLPE insulation should not exceed 90°C.

During short circuit (maximum permanent time is not more than 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of cable conductor : XLPE insulation 250°C, High-density polyethylene insulation 150°C;PVC 160°C

When laying the cable, minimum ambient temperature of laying should not be lower than -20°C.

The minimum bending radius (D is cable out diameter, d is conductor outer diameter):

Rated voltage 1KV and below: cable outer diameter (D) is less than 25mm, bending radius should not be less than 4D, cable diameter (D) is 25mm and above, shall not be less than 6D;

Rated voltage 10KV cable: bending radius of single core cable is 20 (D + d) ± 5% mm, multi-conductor cable, 15 (D + d) ± 5% mm.
